You leave my curiosity peaked. It's not often that I can't imagine a clear idea of a scenario. I'll need to ponder for a bit about what the senses said here 🤔
This gave me goosebumps… and yet I couldn’t look away 😳 The way you describe the dark almost makes it sound like a mischievous friend who just wants to play hide-and-seek. Spooky but oddly cozy — like sipping hot cocoa in a haunted house 😂🖤 Loved it!
And this is why we should lock children in cupboards, so they can experience true darkness, and develop their senses. It is character building, and oh what characters they become.
That’s right. 😁 Loved the story though! I love its vagueness. The first time I read it, I felt like I was trapped in purgatory. The second time I read it, I thought that maybe it was like a person ending it all, then the third time I read it, it felt like a person who finally was coming to terms with the fact that he had sold his soul to the devil. The whole time it feels like everything is just dissolving.
👋 this was amazing.
Thank you, thank you. Hold your applause.

We could all use some stronger characters in our lives.
“The darkness keeps me whole in this blinding world. Which is why I enjoy sitting in the dark, waving a hand in front of my face.”
Spectacular. I wish I could have written that.
Love to hear it 😂

“the other senses lie, too.”
Hell yeah!
I’m glad you liked that line 😁
